  • Benjamin Bryant - Founder, Executive Creative Director and Strategic Adviser

    Ben advises ultra-luxury resorts and private islands on brand positioning, then translates that strategy into cinematic legacy storytelling that elevates them to global-icon status. His films have earned 150M+ views, not as a vanity metric, but as evidence that the right story moves markets and luxury UHNWI traveller demand.

    As founder of Bryant Media Group, Benjamin partners directly with owners, CEOs and boards to create once-in-a-generation prestige assets: hero brand films, origin documentaries and curated mini-docs that strengthen brand equity, justify rate premiums and reinforce investor confidence.

    His perspective blends private-equity discipline (ex-KPMG & Grant Thornton, PE and travel & tourism advisory) with award-winning filmmaking, supported by speaking and academic work as a Condé Nast Traveller Maldives specialist, WTM London speaker, and Visiting Lecturer in Tourism & Hospitality (University of Hertfordshire).

    His first book, Ultra-Luxury Travel: Transformational and Wellbeing-Led Hospitality, is published by Kogan Page in May 2026. It introduces the ULTRA Framework and the Triple Lens Tool, the proprietary strategic methodologies now anchoring Bryant Media Group’s advisory practice, and features contributions from sixteen of the sector’s most senior figures, including Sonu Shivdasani OBE, Neil Jacobs, and Abid Butt.

    Living and breathing the culture of the day, James has his finger firmly on the pulse of modern media and truly understands how to craft films into cinematic masterpieces

    Graduating with a Design degree, he has a strong modern industry skill set, which allows us to maximise his creative skills more effectively to solve a multitude of client challenges.

    He is a social media content specialist and has a deep understanding of all distribution platforms and how to take advantage of their nuances and ever-changing algorithms.

  • Frank Marr - PR & Digital Specialist

    Frank specialises in media, PR, marketing & business development services, with some automation systems. Experienced helping organisation grow, and enter new markets to generate sales, and communicate their brand effectively.

    A proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, and commercial growth (£3m in sales, 8 marketing PR awards).

    Former MD of a PR and marketing agency whose leadership saw the company win clients who included Sonos, Kaunas European Capital of Culture, Slovenia Tourism Board, Ikea/ H&M and CzechTourism with integrated communications, digital performance marketing, media relations, and content creation.

    Frank qualified at the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership and is currently a mentor in their accelerator programme.

    A highly talented photographer and cameraman, with astounding creative flair and a keen eye for the details.

    Oliver focusses on turning our client’s dreams into visual reality, by using the high-level video marketing strategy and crafting film storyboards which speak directly to the target customers.

    Holding a bachelor’s degree with honours in Geography from University of Leeds, UK, he is also a true professional and has worked in technology and digital departments for over 10 years years at KPMG in London, giving a deep understanding of how to analyse data and performance of our films & videos.
